Ich bin für 2 Wochen nicht in der Stadt und möchte meine Wohnung in der Zeit gerne an 1-2 zuverlässige Person(en) untervermieten (Selbstkostenpreis!). Daten sind leicht flexibel. Die Wohnung hat ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit 1,40 m Bett und ein Wohnzimmer mit Klappcouch, die auch 1,40 m breit ist. Alles für den Alltag ist da, Waschmaschine, W-Lan, Dusche, Küchenausstattung usw.
I am subletting my lovely apartment in Kreuzberg to 1-2 reliable people. Dates are slightly flexible. The apartment has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a livingroom with a fold out couch that also folds out to queen size. Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary supplies, apartment has washing machine and wifi.
Perfekt für einen ausgedehnten Berlinbesuch oder als Ausgangspunkt für die Wohnungssuche: Die Wohnung liegt im Bergmannkiez, nahe dem U-Bahnhof Gneisenaustraße bzw. Hallesches Tor in Kreuzberg, eine sehr begehrte und angenehme Lage, von der aus alle Touristenattraktionen, nette Ausgehmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Freizeitaktivitäten, die Parks Tempelhof und Hasenheide, Läden und Supermärkte gut erreichbar sind.
The Bergmannkiez neighborhood of Kreuzberg is very popular and centrally located. Bars, restaurants, shops, transportation are very close. Typical tourist attractions are easy to reach.
Ich werde aufgrund der Kürze der Zeit natürlich nicht meine kompletten Schränke und so weiter leeren können, aber ich werde natürlich Platz für deine/eure Sachen schaffen können.
