Ich würde meine Wohnung gern für kurze Zeit in vertrauensvolle Hände geben.
Die Wohnung (60 qm ) ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles, was Ihr braucht.
Ein Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett ( Hochbett), eine kleine, aber feine Küche und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche.
Ich möchte die Wohnung an ein Paar oder zwei Personen vermieten.

I would like to give my apartment for a short time in trustworthy hands .
The apartment (60 sqm) is well equipped and has everything you need.
A living room, a bedroom with double bed(bunk bed), a small but nice kitchen and a small bathroom.
I would like to rent the apartment to a couple or two people. But actually up to four people would be no problem. Unless you do not mind sleeping on a sofa.
In the living room there is a sofa bed.

Die Wohnung ist auch optimal an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angeschlossen :
Zwei Linien der Berliner U -Bahn (U8 , U7) und mehrere Buslinien befinden sich vor dem Haus.
The apartment is located in the lively Kreuzberg very close to Neukölln.
Several bars , pubs , restaurants , cafes and clubs are located in walking distance.
The apartment is also perfectly connected to public transport :
Two lines of the Berlin U -Bahn (U8 , U7) and several bus lines are located in front of the house.
Eine Kaution von 150 Euro muss in bar hinterlegt werden. Ihr bekommt das Geld wieder, wenn in der Wohnung alles ok ist.
