Ich bin vom 23/10-31/10 vereist und möchte meine Wohnung in vertrauenswürdige Hände geben.
Vielleicht der ideale Ort um von hier aus eine Wohnung zu suchen oder euren Berlin-Trip zu genießen.
Die Wohnung liegt in bester Lage (ruhig, am Ufer gelegen und trotzdem nur 5-10 Minuten bis zum U-Bhf Schönleinstraße/Kotti/Schlesi/Hermannplatz --> U1/U8/U7) mit tollen Cafes, Restaurants, Bars, einem Boulderclub, Geschäften, dem "Flowmarkt" und Türkenmarkt etc. direkt vor der Haustür.
Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon und auf dem Doppelbett-Futon gibt es Platz für 2 Personen. Außer dem Arbeitszeimmer habt ihr die komplette Wohnung für euch.

I am subletting my lovely apartment from the 23/10-31/10 (time is a bit flexible) directly by the canal in Kreuzberg.
This might be the perfect base to start your flathunt or to enjoy your Berlin-vacation, since it's in a super nice, vibrant and convenient location with lots of lovely cafes, bars, shops next door in between Kreuzberg and Neukölln by the water (U1/U7 U Schönleistraße/Kottbusser Damm/ Schlesisches Tor, within 5-10 minutes walking distance).
The apartment is quite spacious, has a balcony, is very quiet and can fit 2 people on the double Futon-bed.
