Schöne, möblierte Wohnung direkt am Görlizer Park Kreuzberg

Hallo,
wir suche für drei Monate , zwei bis drei netten zwischen Mieter
für unsere 3 zimmer Wohnung direkt am Görlizerpark- Maybachufer.
Gerne auch eine Familie mit Kind.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert : Waschmaschine , Spülmaschine ,Fernseher , etc. es gibt zwei Doppelbetten und ein Schlafsofa was bei Bedarf genutzt werden kann.
In der Miete beinhaltet ist außerdem die Telefon und Internetflatrate.

Die Wohnung ist mitten in Kreuzberg ruhig gelegen , der M29 Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür und zur U1 sind es ca. 2 min. mit dem Fahrrad oder zwei Stationen mit dem Bus.
Es gibt ein Wannenbad und eine kleine Wohnküche.
Eines der 3 Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer ,und wird von uns als Wohnzimmer genutzt kann natürlich aber auch als normales Zimmer funktionieren (es gibt dort auch ein Schlafsofa)

Hi, we would like to rent our 3 room arpatment at the Görlizerpark, Kreuzberg during our vacation for 3 Month. The apartment is completely furnished: Washing machine, dishwasher, television, etc. there are two double beds and a sleep sofa which if necessary can be used . Including in the rent is the telephone and Internetflatrate . The M29 bus stops directly before the door and to the U1 it´s about 2 min by bike. There is a tub bath and a small apartment kitchen.
