Bright & Peaceful Newly Renovated Kreuzberg -- Entire apartment to yourself

I am offering my lovely, brand new one bedroom apartment from 1st February for one month, or until the end of May (dates are a bit flexible) -- It's also possible to rent month to month (Especially looking for someone for February!). It still needs some personal touches, but it is ready for someone to enjoy it! The apartment is centrally located in Kreuzberg, 3 blocks from the canal and the Spree, right next to Görlitzer Park, Schlessi, and Paul-Linke Ufer. It is surrounded by fantastic cafes, bars, restaurants, ice creameries, markets, etc, but still on a quiet street away from the main roads.
The apartment itself is recently renovated and fully furnished with a queen sized bed, couch, wardrobe, small desk, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, (dishwasher, washing machine etc.). The bedroom has lots of light, and looks out upon the beautiful shared courtyard and into Berlin. The Altbau apartment is on the third floor in the backhouse and feels very peaceful and private.
Location:
There's a cute bakery directly across the street, a Rewe supermarket, restaurants of basically any cuisine you would want (vegan, Indian, Vietnamese, Thai, Italian, Argentine, German, French), cinemas, bars, cafes, etc. 2 min by bicycle to Five Elephant cafe, 4 min to Markthalle Neun, 6 min to the Turkish market (a farmer’s market)/and Kreuzkölln area. 9 min to Berghain.
6 min walk to buses 165, 265, & N65. 9 min walk to Schlesisches Tor (the Ubahn station which will connect you to the U1 & U3). It'll connect you quickly to Kottbusser Tor to the U8 (and then easily to Neukölln, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, etc). Treptower Park Sbahn/Ringbahn is a 15 minute walk away.

Hey!
Ich vermiete meinen schönen 1 Zimmer Wohnung ab 1ste Feb bis zum Mai (flexibel mit den datum).
Der Wohnung ist neu renoviert und möbliert mit großem Doppelbett, Garderobe, Voll-ausgestattete Küche und Badezimmer, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, usw. Der Schlafzimmer hat viel licht, mit schoenes blick ueber den gemeinsames garten und ueber Berlin. Die Apartment findet man im hinterhof, und ist deswegen sehr ruhig, weg von der strasse.
Lokation:
Schlesisches Tor / Treptower Park sind 10 minuten entfernt. Es gibt viele Restaurants (vegan, indisch, vietnamesisch, thailändisch, italienisch, argentinisch, deutsch, französisch), Cafés (Five Elephant Kreuzberg), Bars, Shops, Supermarkt (REWE), minuten von der wohnung. Und ganz nah ist der Spree, Treptower Park, Görlitzer Park, Flohmaerkte, mit Neukölln, Mitte und Friedrichschein ganz nah. Sie irgendwelche Empfehlungen von Restaurants und Cafés in der Umgebung wünschen, lass es mich wissen :)
