Ich möchte meine Wohnung während meines Urlaubs vom 31.07.-11.08. untervermieten. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche (mit allem ausgestattet), ein Bad mit Dusche und Wanne sowie einen Balkon für den ersten Kaffe am Morgen. Die Wohnung ist 65qm groß und sehr gemütlich. Ich habe mir bei Ihrer Einrichtung viel Mühe gegeben, deshalb lege ich großen Wert auf eine vertrauenswürdige Person die mein zu Hause genau so gut behandelt wie ihr Eigenes.

Die Lage ist super, im schönen Kreuzkölln, in der Nähe des Landwehrkanals und Gräfekiez mit unzähligen Restaurants und Cafés. Eine U-Bahn Station die einen mit ganz Berlin verbindet ist 30 Sekunden entfernt.

Die Miete für den Zeitraum beträgt €495 und die Kaution 250. Sie wird natürlich beim Verlassen der Wohnung in ordentlichem Zustand komplett rückerstattet. Bei weiteren Fragen könnt ihr Euch gerne melden.

I’d like to sublet my flat while I’m on holiday from the 31st of July to the 11th of August. It’s a 65sqm 1 bedroom flat and super comfortable. There’s a separate livingroom and bedroom, as well as a cute balcony for your morning coffee. I have taken great care furnishing it and would like someone to stay here, who would appreciate it as much as I do.

The flat is in a prime location in Kreuzkölln, close to the canal and Gräfekiez with countless cafes and restaurants. The nearest tube is 30 seconds away and connects you to the rest of the city.

Rent for the duration is €495 plus a €250 deposit, which will be of course returned to you when you leave. Feel free to contact me with any further questions.
