This two-rooms apartment with terrace is place in a quiet and well maintained backyard with two beautiful chestnut.
The apartment has one big room, the living room which has access to the terrace, one quiet sleeping room, a built-in kitchen and a bathroom with sun-light access.
The apartment is fully furnished: bed, wardrobe, kitchen, kitchen tools, washmachine, sofa bed and table/chairs.
The table is extendable and can be used as a working place.
Animals are allow.
Katzbachstraße is between the beautiful park of Gleisdreieck and Viktoria park with is little waterfall.
Short walking distance there is the famous Bergmannkiez and its various bars and restaurants.
U- and S-Bahn Yorckstraße (S1, S2, S25 und U7) are reachable within 5min walking from the flat.
Around the building there are different Cafes, restaurants and supermarkets like Aldi or Lidl.
