The apartment is on the fourth floor, without an elevator and has three rooms (living room, kitchen, bedroom). The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a dining table in the living room that can be used as a workplace. The sofa can also be extended and used as a bed. The apartment is very suitable for couples. Hallo, vermiete meine gemütliche Wohnung im Reichenbergerkiez, da ich in dem Zeitraum verreisen werde. Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten OG, ohne Aufzug und verfügt über zwei Zimmer (Wohn- und Schlafzimmer). Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Esstisch, der als Arbeitsplatz genutzt werden kann. Außerdem kann das Sofa ausgefahren und als Bett genutzt werden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geeignet für Paare. Wenn ihr mehr Infos braucht, schreibt mir gerne.

Biete meine ruhige, gemütliche Wohnung mitten in der kreuzberger Szene an. Fußläufig sind diverse Bars und Restaurants zu, sowie die U-Bahnhöfe Kottbusser Tor und Görlitzer Bahnhof zu erreichen. Für einen schönen Spaziergang bietet sich die „Kanalrunde“ an, angefangen am Ende der Manteuffelstraße, 5min von der Wohnung entfernt. Kann bei Interesse gerne ein paar Orte empfehlen :).
Am liebsten würde ich die Wohnung für mindestens einen Monat vermieten.
