I'm subletting my spacious apartment in Kreuzberg to a caring person or couple. It has an excellent location (Bergmannkiez), close to public transportation, shops, cafes, supermarkets, and plenty of green areas like Viktoriapark, Hasenheide, Gleisdreieckt, and Tempelhofer Feld!
It has a big living room, a very bright and big kitchen, a bath with a bathtub and it is on the 4. floor, so it is very calm and you can see the sky from every room and listen to the chirping birds in the morning.
A washing machine, bathtub, fast internet connection, and everything you need is available.

ich untermiete meine schöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung im Bergmannkiez an 1 sorgfältige Person oder 1 Paar.
Die Wohnung ist gross, sehr ruhig, hat viel Licht und die Lage ist richtig gut, mit Bus und U-Bahn (U6 und U7) 1 Minute entfernt. Es gibt richtig viele Parks rumherum.
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und die Internetverbindung ist schnell. Außerdem ist alles da, was man so braucht.
Wenn du eine ruhige und aufmerksame Person bist, kannst du mir gerne schreiben und etwas über dich erzählen. Was du in Berlin machst, wie alt du bist, usw.

The U6 and U7 are only 4 minutes away.
The bus in front of the door goes directly to Alex or Südkreuz.
Supermarkets like Edeka, BioCompany, Alnatura, Lidl, Netto are really just around the corner.

There are lots of plants and a good atmosphere in the apartment and in the house in general. It's a plus if you can take care of them.
