Ich suche eine*n Nachmieter*in für meine kleine, aber feine Wohnung in Kreuzberg .
Die Wohnung ist im Bergmannkiez in einer der schönsten Straßen Berlins. Die Straße ist ruhig. Das Schlafzimmer liegt nach hinten (ruhig). Das Wohnzimmer ist nach Süden ausgerichtet (hell). Das Haus hat einen Aufzug. Vor dem Haus sind direkt Fahrradstellplätze, aber es gibt auch einen Fahrradkeller.
Die Bergmannstraße mit vielen Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, das Tempelhofer Feld, die Hasenheide und der U-Bahnhof Platz der Luftbrücke sind jeweils nur ca. 5min entfernt. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt für Berufstätige. Mit der U-Bahn ist man in 15min in Mitte.

I am looking for a new tenant for my small but nice apartment in Kreuzberg.
The apartment is in the Bergmannkiez in one of the most beautiful streets in Berlin. Its also a quiet street. The bedroom is facing the back of the building (quiet). The living room faces south (nice and bright). The house has an elevator. There are bicycle parking spaces directly in front of the house, but there is also a bicycle cellar.
Bergmannstraße with its many cafés and shopping facilities, Tempelhofer Feld, Hasenheide and the Platz der Luftbrücke subway station are all just 5 minutes away. The apartment is perfectly located, if you're working in Mitte. The subway takes you to Mitte in 15 minutes.

Completely new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, induction stove (2020)
The house has an elevator
Cellar (30 €/ month).
I am selling my completely new fitted kitchen (build in 2020) with induction stove and dishwasher, fridge for 1750 €. I am open to downpayments/ installments. Just ask me.
