2 Zi Wohnung in Lichtenberg // 45m² ruhige Lage und grün

Ruhige Lage in Wohngebiet von Berlin Lichtenberg. Die nächste U-/S-Bahn-Station ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Du kannst sowohl zur Magdalenenstr. oder Lichtenberg gehen, es macht keinen großen Unterschied. Ich nehme auch gerne mal das Fahrrad und fahre in knapp 10 Min zur S Frankfurter Allee, da fährt direkt die Ringbahn. Für Regentage gibt es auch einen Bus (Linie 240), der ganz in der Nähe abfährt.
Für Restaurants und Cafés ist Friedrichshain nicht weit, etwa 10-15 Min mit dem Fahrrad. Genauso zur Rummelsburger Bucht und Treptower Park, wer das Wasser mag.
Ansonsten gibt es in Lichtenberg noch den Landschaftspark Herzberge, welche sich gut eignet für einen Spaziergang ganz in der Nähe. Supermärkte REWE und Lidl sind beide etwa 300 m entfernt, wenn auch in verschiedene Richtungen.

I also like to take the bike and go to Frankfurter Allee station where you can catch the circle line (Ringbahn). Also for rainy or lazy days, there is a bus (line 240) going nearby.
For restaurants and cafés Friedrichshain is not far away, it takes roughly 10-15 min by bike. Exactly like going to Rummelsburger Bucht or Treptower Park for those who like to be near the water.
Apart from that, we have the Landschaftspark Herzberge directly here in Lichtenberg, which is nice for a walk nearby.
Next supermarkets are REWE and Lidl both 300 far away though in oposite directions.
