Hey,
ich fliege Ende August (26.8.) gen Süden und habe noch kein Rückflugticket gebucht. Ich werde aber mindestens bis Dezember im Ausland sein. Für diese Zeit suche ich einen netten Zwischenmieter für meine kleine, möblierte Wohnung im Dachgeschoss.
Die Wohnung liegt in Berlin-Karlshorst unweit vom Betriebsbahnhof Rummelsburg (S-Bhf. Karlshorst ist auch nicht weit entfernt). Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber natürlich auch zentral.
Mikrowelle, Fernseher und alle anderen technischen Geräte werde ich in der Wohnung lassen. Dafür hätte ich gerne eine Kaution von 500 EUR. Meine persönlichen Sachen stelle ich bei Freunden unter, damit ihr Platz für eure Sachen habt.
Bei Interesse schicke ich auch Fotos und weitere Infos.
