Ich vermiete von 20.12.2018 bis zum 22.01.2019 meine kleine aber gemütliche Wohnung.
Die Wohnung wird möbliert übergeben. Sie verfügt über eine Küche und ein Wohn-/Schlafzimmer. Das Bad ist zwar klein aber bietet immer noch genug Platz um sich gemütlich zu richten und ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet.
W-LAN, Waschmaschine, alle Kochutensilien und vieles mehr ist vorhanden
I’m subletting my flat from 20.12.2018 until the 22.01.2019.
The apartment is separated in a kitchen and a living-/sleeping room. The bathroom is small but comfortable; it is big enough to get ready :)
Wi-Fi, washing machine, cooking utensils and much more are available.

Die Wohnung befindet sich am hinteren Eingang und ist daher sehr ruhig. Im Innenhof ist ein Garten den man mitbenutzen kann und wenn das Wetter mitmacht hat niemand was gegen Grillabende ;)
Von der Station "Treskowallee/HTW", die man in nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht, fährt im 5 Minutentakt eine Tram bis zur U-Bahn-Station "Tierpark" oder zur S-Bahn-Station "Friedrichsfelde-Ost". Daher ist alles sehr leicht zu erreichen. Bis zur U-Bahn-Station “Tierpark“ sind es nur ungefähr 7 Minuten zu Fuß.
Auf der "Hauptstraße" gibt es genug Auswahl an Lebensmittelgeschäften (Edeka, Lidl, Rewe, Netto, usw.) genauso wie genug Spätis.
Bis zum Alex sind es 17 Minuten.
Nur eine U-Bahn-Station von hier ist ein kleiner See (kein Eintritt) der zum baden gehen geeignet ist.
The apartment is located in the back of the building and therefore it is very quiet. There is also a small garden which you can use as well and no one will complain if you make a BBQ there.
You can reach the next tram-station within a 3 minutes’ walk. Every 5 minutes goes a tram to the station "U-Tierpark" (1-minute) or in direction to the station "S-Friedrichsfelde-Ost" (6-minute). From there everything is really easy and fast to reach, e.g. Alexanderplatz is only 17 minutes from here.
There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores (EEdeka, Lidl, Rewe, Netto, etc.) on the mainstreet as well as enough Späti's.
Within 1 Stop by U-Bahn (free entrance) you can reach a small lake, where you can go to swim.
Ich suche einen zuverlässigen Untermieter da ich für den gesamten Zeitraum nicht in Berlin sein werde und daher die Wohnung nicht nochmal untermieten kann. Daher wird die Wohnung nur mit einem gültigen Untermietvertrag vermieten.
