Beautiful one-bedroom apartment sublet, fit for a single person or couple.
A quiet, sunny place in Mariendorf.
One large combined bedroom + living room, another kitchen room.
The sublet start is as soon as possible.
Also possible to sublet for less than 6 months, minimum 3 months.
Anmeldung is possible only for one person.
Included (some things can be removed if you prefer):
TV, Double bed, extra single mattress, 3-seat sofa, bean bag, large coffee table, desk, kitchen table, 4 kitchen chairs, 4x4 Kallax (Ikea), 3 nightstands, 2 clothes racks, electric water heater, large pantry for storage.
Kitchen includes: fridge, freezer, oven, electric stove, washing machine, kitchen appliances, 2 carpets.
Rent includes central heating, water and internet (everything except electricity).
Please provide proof of ability to pay rent (income or financial status).
Mariendorf, 7 minute walk from U6 (U-bahn Westphalweg) and a few bus stops.
Back building (hinterhaus), windows face common garden. Bicycle parking in patio.
Supermarkets, Restaurants, pubs, a canal, bay (Tempelhofer Hafen) & park nearby.

My goal is to return the apartment back to my landlady after this sublet period, therefore the shorter the sublet time the better for me, but I also understand that for some people 6 months is more attractive.
Rent includes central heating, water and internet.
For electricity I will charge 120 euro for the first month. after that we can do a reading of the electricity meter and calculate average charge per month according to my plan (Vattenfall Berlin Basis Privatstrom). According to that I will also pay back from the 120 euros, if needed. but bare in mind this looks to be the average consumption for the house so far.
At the end of the sublet period, we will do a final electricity meter reading and calculate the total costs.
