Welcome to our beloved apartment. Since we are going overseas we would like to share our home with you for some time. It is a spacious, modern place that lets a lot of light in through its many large windows - all floor-to-ceiling. The house was newly built in 2012 with the best materials and it is thus absolutely soundproof, even though you live in one of the most vibrant parts of Berlin. Even on the balcony you can enjoy a quiet moment away from the city noise, and relax in the green on an outside bed.
The centerpiece of the apartment is a space that combines cooking, dining, and living in a community area, where you can even have cinematic experiences with our projector. There are 2 extra rooms, which we use as our bedroom and office respectively. However, the office room could also be used as a second bedroom, if you would like to share the apartment in a different way. The bathroom offers a bathtub, a shower, and a bidet. ;)
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all you can ask for while spending some months in Berlin.
The apartment is located in the Brunnenstrasse, right next to the Rosenthaler Platz. There is a Bio supermarket across the street and a REWE within 10 walking minutes.
The direct neighborhood has a great offer for leisure time, for example in the cozy Weinbergstrasse with its many bars and restaurants, continuing into the wonderful Kastanienallee where you can find food from all around the world. Or you can enjoy an Aperol Spritz in the sunset, in the famous Rosengarten in the Weinbergpark. We can also recommend our favorite bookstore Ocelot (with a decent English offer as well) within 2 walking minutes.
Our place is in principle available from April 1st until June 30th, but we can discuss adapting this period according to our mutual needs.
The weekly rent is 800€.
The monthly rent is 3000€.
If you rent for the entire period the rent is 2500€ per month.
(Deposit will be adjusted accordingly)
