Ich vermiete eine 1,5 Zimmerwohnung in der Nähe vom Hackeschen Markt ab ca. 24. Januar bis voraussichtlich 31. Mai. Ich mache ein Auslandssemester und bin auf der Suche nach einer/einem vertrauensvollen Untermieter:in.
Die Wohnung ist in der 1. Etage im Hinterhof und sehr ruhig. Es gibt eine Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, ein Wohnzimmer (Durchgangszimmer) und ein kleines Schlafzimmer.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert, aber ich werde meine persönlichen Dinge wegräumen. Wichtig ist, dass du nicht in der Wohnung rauchst.
Wenn du Interesse hast, dann schreibe mir eine kurze Nachricht, in der du dich kurz vorstellst und bestätigst, dass du gesehen hast, dass ich die Wohnung nur bis April/May vermiete :)

I am renting a 1,5 room apartment near Hackescher Markt from January 24th until end of May.
I am doing a semester abroad and am looking for a trustful subtenant.
The apartment is on the 1st floor in the rear building and very quiet. There is a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a living room (through room) and a small bedroom.
The apartment is furnished, but I will put away my personal things. It is important that you do not smoke insid the apartment.
If you are interested, please send me a short message introducing yourself and confirming that you have seen that I rent the apartment only until April/May :)
