We would like to sublet our furnished apartment from the 27.04 until the 10.05. These are the exact dates and unfortunately we don't have any flexibility to change the dates.

The apartment is located in a wonderful area of Mitte, walkable distance from Rosenthaler Platz/Prenzlauer Berg, very close (2min walk) to the U-Bahn Oranienburger Tor (U6), Tram M1/M5/12, bus 142 and in walking distance from shops, at galleries, bars and restaurants. Also very close to Charite ~5 min walk.

It is a bright 90sqm two-floor, 3-room altbau (living room, bedroom with 180x200 bed, mezzanine with two office desks + a double bed, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and cellar). It is on the 4th floor, no elevator.

Price including all costs is 950 euro for the entire period.
