As well: FAST WIRELESS INTERNET connection, CABLE TV , WASHING MACHINE, vacuum cleaner, iron, etc...
Right in front of the door you'll find the U-BAHN/METRO STATION (U6 Schwarzkopfstrasse) from where you'll get within 5min. to Friedrichstraße or less than 15 to Alexanderplatz.
As well the TRAM M6 is right around the corner, so as you can see the connection to public transportation couldn't be any better.
RATES: (minimum stay of 2 nights)
50 Euro for 1 night.
300 Euro for 1 week (7 Days).
900 Euro for one month (30 days).
There will be CLEAN SHEETS and TOWELS provided for you.
THE PRICE INCLUDES CLEANING AND LAUNDRY; NO MORE HIDDEN COSTS.
Thew rent will be due at arrival.
