I am going to travel for a few weeks and would like to find one person to rent my super nice apartment in the meantime. It is located right at Rosenthaler Platz (Mitte) but is super quiet because it is on the side facing the backyard.
The building is 2 years old, the furniture is brand new and curated by an interior designer. Therefore, I'd only rent it out to someone who uses it super carefully. Cleaning 1x a week is included in the price.
The apartment is 1,5 rooms plus bathroom. The bedroom is separated from living + kitchen through an opening with no door attached to it.
The time frame is sort of flexible, please email me what you are planning to do in Berlin and we can see if we come to an agreement.
Rosenthaler Platz, Bio Company, Pulblic Transport, nice restaurants, all around the corner.
