Appliances include washing machine, dishwasher, stove and oven, big fridge, electric water heater, microwave, air dryer, vaccum cleaner, iron and ironing board, very large smart TV, sofa convertible to a bed), multiple sets of towels blankets and sheets, very well equipped kitchen with a lot of dishes and pans etc.

The apartment is located in a modern building with elevator and a courtyard with a children's playground and ping pong tables and multiple parking spots for bicycles.

Very well connected, multiple trams 1min walk and lots of different U-bahn and S-bahn lines to everywhere in Berlin just 5min walk.
