47sqm 2-room flat in Mitte/PBerg U Bernauerstr available from 18/02 to 19/03 / 47qm 2-Zimmer Wohnung in Mitte/PBerg zum untermieten 18.02 bis 19.03

I am looking to sublet my flat from 18/02 to 19/03 (with a possibility to extend until 25.03) to one person or a couple. It is entirely furnished and equipped with a remote working setup and a washing machine. The location is ideal, 1min from Bernauerstr. U-bahn (U8) at the limit of Mitte and PBerg, with all services and shops you could need accessible on foot. The main train station is 5 tram stops away. The rent is 260 euros per week all included, with 500 euros caution and 45 euros cleaning fee.

I am looking to sublet to someone who will take good care of the flat and will use utilities responsibly. The sublet is known and authorised by the flat's owner but there will be no registration (Anmeldung) possible. No pets allowed unfortunately. There is a space for parking bikes in the building.

Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer Untervermietung meiner Wohnung vom 18.02. bis 19.03. (mit einer Möglichkeit für Verlängerung bis zum 25.03.) an eine Person oder ein Paar. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und ausgestattet mit einer Fernarbeitsplatzeinrichtung und einer Waschmaschine. Die Lage ist ideal, 1min von der Bernauerstr. U-Bahn (U8) an der Grenze zwischen Mitte und PBerg, mit allen Dienstleistungen und Geschäften, die Sie brauchen könnten, zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Hauptbahnhof ist 5 Straßenbahnhaltestellen entfernt. Die Miete beträgt 260 Euro pro Woche inklusive aller Nebenkosten, + 500 Euro Kaution und 45 Euro Reinigungsgebühr.

Ich bin auf der Suche nach jemandem, der sich gut um die Wohnung kümmert und verantwortungsvoll mit den Nebenkosten umgeht. Die Untervermietung ist dem Wohnungseigentümer bekannt und von ihm genehmigt, aber es ist keine Anmeldung möglich. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Ein Fahrradabstellplatz ist im Gebäude vorhanden.
