The flat for rent is situated in the centre of Berlin, in Moabit (an area called Stephanskiez), has 3 rooms, two of which face the quiet street and one that faces the back yard. The rooms have wooden floors and "Altbau" features (very ornated stucco).
The flat has a bathroom with a shower and and the kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, oven and cupboards as well as a refrigerator. The washing mashine is in the kitchen as well.
Size: 93 square metres overall with a small balkony
The warm rent includes all utilities, heating, internet and electricity (up to 6 kWh per day, normal usage). If above that it's calculated with 0,40 EUR the kWh.
Ceiling hight: 3,10 meters
Deposit: 200,00 EUR and upfront payment of the rent.
Free from 18th of 2024 Feb. till 28th of Feb.
