Weil ich vom 1. November bis zum 29. Februar verreise, vermiete ich für diesen Zeitraum meine gemütliche 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Berlin Moabit. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Leben braucht. Sie hat eine Küche mit allen Utensilien, die man so braucht und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Sie ist im Hinterhof im dritten Stock, das heißt es ist sehr ruhig und durch den 3. Stock noch verhältnismäßig hell. Durch ein Durchgangszimmer nicht wirklich Wg geeignet, bietet sie aber für Allein-Wohnende und Paare die perfekte Unterkunft in bester Lage.
Because I'm traveling from November 1st to February 29th, I'm renting out my cozy 2-room apartment in Berlin Moabit for this period. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for life. It has a kitchen with all the utensils you need and a bathroom with a bathtub. It's in the back yard on the third floor, which means it's very quiet and still relatively bright because of the third floor. Not really suitable as a shared apartment because of the connecting room, but it offers the perfect accommodation in a prime location for people living alone and couples.
Gelegen in der wunderschönen Gotzkowskystraße habt ihr alles, was ihr braucht direkt vor der Haustür. Super viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Cafés, Kunstausstellungen, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel(Buslinien direkt vor der Haustür und Ringbahn Beusselstraße und U-Bahn Haltestelle Turmstraße) sind fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die Spree und der Tiergarten sind einen Steinwurf entfernt und laden zum Spazierengehen oder sportlichen Betätigung ein. Der Hauptbahnhof, Mitte und auf der anderen Seite der Breitscheidplatz und seine Umgebung ganz in der Nähe bieten endlos viele Möglichkeiten die Vorzüge der Hauptstadt zu genießen.
Located on the beautiful Gotzkowskystrasse, you have everything you need right on your doorstep. Lots of shopping opportunities, restaurants, cafés, art exhibitions, public transport (bus lines right outside the front door and Ringbahn Beusselstraße and subway stop Turmstraße) are within walking distance. The Spree and the Tiergarten are also a stone's throw away and invite you to go for a walk or do some sport. The main train station, Mitte and on the other side Breitscheidplatz and its surroundings nearby offer endless opportunities to enjoy the advantages of the capital.
