Ich untermiete meine wunderschoene Wohnung in Neukoelln zwischen 31. July bis 10. August (10 Naechte). Sie befindet sich in einer der gefragtesten und schönsten Gegenden Berlins, Kreuzkölln (die Grenze zwischen Kreuzberg und Neukölln).Die Wohnung ist 65 m2 gross ist sehr hell, sehr sauber und hat eine tolle Atmosphäre. Es gibt 2 Zimmer, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer. In der Kueche befindet sich ein Balkon wo man schoen Kaffe trinken und rauchen kann. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbiliert ,die Küche ist mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet.
In der Wohnung gibt es 4 Schlafmoeglichkeiten (zwei Doppelbette): ein sehr bequemes Bett im Schlafzimmer und ein aufkllappbarer Sofa im Wohnzimmer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Weserstraße wo unzählige kleine Cafés, Bars und Lokale zu entdecken sind.

I am renting out my beautiful flat in Neukolln between the 31. July and 10. August (10 nights). It is located in the most popular and upcoming areas Berlin, Kreuzkölln (the border between Kreuzberg and Neukolln). The flat is 65 m2 big, it is very clean, there is lots of light and it has a very nice atmosphere. There are 2 rooms, a bedroom and a living room. In the kitchen there is a nice balcon, where you can smoke and drink coffee. The flat is fully furnished, there are all the kitchen appliances you need. There is space for 4 people to sleep (there are 2 double beds), a very comfortable double bed in the bedroom and a sofabed in the living room. Weser street is just around the corner with it’s countless bars, cafes.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Wildenbruchstr. Neukölln. Die Verkehrsanbindungen sind sehr gut. Die U-Bahnstation Rathaus-Neukölln U7 ist zu Fuß in 7 min zu erreichen und mit nur 2 min Fußweg erreicht man weitere drei Busse. Der Landwehrkanal ist gleich vor dem Haus und bietet an verschiedenen Tagen der Woche Flohmärkte und frische Lebensmittelmärkte. Außerdem befindet sich die Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe der Weserstraße wo unzählige kleine Cafés, Bars und Lokale zu entdecken sind. Fußläufig ist ein Lidl und ein Rewe zu erreichen.. Wer mehr Lust auf Fahrradfahren hat kann sich gleich um die Ecke in verschiedenen Läden ein Fahrrad leihen.
The flat is located in Wildenbruchstr. Neukölln. The tube (U7 - Rathaus Neukölln) is in 7 min walking distance, there are 3 different buses just in front of the door. You have the Landwehrkanal right in front of the door with flea markets and cafes and on the other side the Weserstraße with a lot of small shops, bars and restaurants. There are many possibilities to rent a bike if you would like to explore the area by bike.

The metro (U7 - Rathaus Neukölln) is 10 min and three other busses in 5 min walk distance. A lot of places where you can rent a bike are right around the corner.
