Meine sehr helle und gemütliche Wohnung ist eine absolute Wohlfühl-Oase. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und zusätzlich gehen das Schlafzimmer und der Balkon nach hinten raus. Gelegen ist sie mitten im Herzen von Neukölln zwischen Hermannplatz und S-Bahn Sonnenallee. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist super und auch das Angebot an Supermärkten, Bars und Restaurants ist reichlich.
Das Tempelhofer Feld sowie der Körnerpark sind ebenfalls in 10min Gehminuten zu erreichen.

My very bright and cosy flat is an absolute oasis of well-being. The flat is very quiet and the bedroom and balcony face the back. It is located in the heart of Neukölln between Hermannplatz and the Sonnenallee S-Bahn. The public transport connections are excellent and there are plenty of supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
Tempelhofer Feld and Körnerpark are also within a 10-minute walk.
Transportation:
U-Bahn: Karl-Marx-Str. (U7) - 5min
Hermannplatz (U7/U8) – 10min
S-Bahn: Sonnenallee (Ring) - 10min
Bus: Geygerstraße (M41) – 2min
Viele Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants sind ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch das Tempelhofer Feld ist nur 10min Fußweg entfernt.
