I sublet my 60 square meter renovated flat in an Altbau for the month of June.
The flat boasts:
1) a bedroom with a huge 160cm bed, and a selection of bed linens of scandinavian design,
2) a large and light-filled living room with high windows, plenty of plants, cozy sofa and a TV with Chromecast,
3) fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, freezer, dish washer, oven and heard, KitchenAid, espresso machine, Sodastream and cupboards full of equipment for cooking and especially baking.
4) Balcony to the street side.
5) A compact bathroom with shower, tub and a washing machine.
You can use my dutch style bike too, if you want.
All expenses included in the total rent of 1.400EUR MONTHLY, like utilities and fast Wifi. The start date is still flexible, but end date is fixed to 30th June.
SEE THE LAST PHOTO ABOVE: THERE IS A CHANCE OF ROADWORK TAKING PLACE ON OUR STREET THIS SUMMER. The city is replacing the cobblestones with asphalt and making Weserstrasse into a bike street. Based on what I have seen happening on the other stretches of the street, there is never any loud drilling, but there are excavators.
You are two blocks from Neukölln Arkaden and the adjacent U-Bahn Rathaus Neukölln, immediately at your nearest post office, gym and plenty of shops. Area is full of cafes, bars, restaurants, and the Landwehrkanal is only few blocks away in the other direction, offering the Berlin riverside charm and a great area for sports and relaxation. There is an inflatable rubber boat stored in the basement, if you want to join the plenty of locals floating around in the Kanal during nice weather.
Nearest supermarket is around the corner. Bus stops are around the block.
- A dog lives in this flat normally - of course it comes away with me - but this is important information in case you are severely allergic.
- The flat is not suitable for WGs, I will prioritise single or couple occupancy. In every case, maximum persons allowed (as per landlord's rules) are two.
- I would ask eventually a copy of your ID and one additional document that proves you're a real person :)
