very close, about one minute away from Hermannstr S and U bahn, direct connection to the airport within half an hour, ringbahn, U8, and other lines like the u7. Many buses serve the area too. very close by are many shops supermakets and coffee shops as well as parks, so the area is quite busy and convenient in many ways. you are also very close to the tempelhofer feld which is about 5 minutes away with a bike. There are plenty of restaurants around. the u7 is also about 5 minutes away by foot. extremely well connected and a short cycle away from kreuzberg too.

I will only sublet to trustworthy and mature people. i take cleanliness veery seriously so the apartment should be taken care of in this regard and left as clean as it was when it was rented. any damages will come out of the deposit. There are many plants and a carer will come by once every 2 weeks to water and take care of the plants. they will inform you before they come to find a decent time. please be considerate with energy use and heating use, as the cost of the rental minimally covers this for reasonable use.
