The apartment is very nice and newly renovated. There is a big kitchen with everything you need, a hallway, a bathroom with a large bathtub, a living room with a cozy couch and balcony and a beautiful bedroom.
It is suitable for couples or good friends, but also for one person.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und neu eingerichtet. Es gibt eine große Küche mit alles was man braucht, ein Flur, ein Bad mit eine große Badewanne, ein Wohnzimmer mit eine gemütliche Couch und mit Balkon und einen großen Schlafzimmer.
Es eignet sich für Paare oder gut befreundete Personen, aber auch für eine einzige Person.

The location is very good. The apartment is only 5 minutes away from Hermannstr. S- and U-Bahn station, 10 minutes walk to Tempelhofer Feld. It's right on the Ring and on the U8, so you can get to most of the important points in the city very easily and quickly.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 5 Minuten entfernt von Hermannstr. S- und UBahnstation, 10 Minuten Spaziergang zum Tempelhofer Feld. Es ist ja direkt am Ring und an der U 8, also man kommt sehr einfach und schnell in den meisten wichtigen Punkte der Stadt.

The apartment is very important to us and therefore we are looking for nice, attentive people as temporary tenants.
It is oriented very good as well, because the balcony is oriented to the inner courtyard and you have a lot of peace and quiet although you are in the middle of the city.

Uns liegt die Wohnung sehr am Herzen und deswegen wünschen wir uns nette, achtsame Leute als Zwischenmietern.
Die Wohnung ist auch sehr gut orientier, da das Balkon der Wohnung ist zum Innenhof orientiert und man hat dadurch viel Ruhe obwohl man Mitten in der Stadt ist.
