Wohnung 93qm März & Übernahme Dachterrasse Nähe Tempelhoferfeld

Wir verlassen unsere wunderschöne Wohnung und suchen daher Nachmieter*innen/Zwischenmieter*innen. Die Konstellation ist etwas kompliziert - im März suchen wir eine Person, die die halbe Wohnung mieten möchte - mein Exfreund wohnt dann noch in einem Zimmer. Wir dürfen aber Nachmieter*innen stellen - das heißt ab 1.4. wäre dann die gesamte Wohnung zu haben. Es wird sich aber erst spontan im Laufe des März klären, ob einer Übernahme zugestimmt wird. Wir suchen also wen, der/die sicher im März die halbe Wohnung mieten möchte - es ist aber wahrscheinlich, dass danach die ganze Wohnung übernommen werden kann.
Die Wohnung hat 2.5 Schlafzimmer und eine große Wohnküche, Kammer, Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche, sowie eine Terrasse. Im März teilmöbliert, Möbel können von den Fotos abweichen.

Der angegebene Preis wäre für die halbe Wohnung im März - der neue Warmmietpreis wird sich auf 2220€ belaufen. Bitte schreibt nur, wenn das in eurem Budget ist. Oder auch, wenn ihr nur an einer 1-monatigen Zwischenmiete für März interessiert seid.

We are leaving our beautiful flat and are therefore looking for new tenants/interim tenants. The situation is a bit complicated - in March we are looking for a person who would like to rent half the flat - my ex-boyfriend will still be living in one room. However, we are allowed to find new tenants - which means that the whole flat would be available from 1 April. However, it will only become clear during the course of March whether a takeover will be agreed. We are therefore looking for someone who would for sure like to rent half of the flat in March - but it is likely that the whole flat can be taken over afterwards.
The flat has 2.5 bedrooms and a large kitchen/living room, a chamber, bathroom with bathtub and shower, as well as a terrace. Partly furnished in March, furniture may differ from the photos.


The price listed would be for half the flat in March - the new warm rent price will be €2220. Please only write if this is within your budget. Or if you are only interested in a 1-month interim rental for March.
Unfortunately the flat is quite expensive, but also stunningly beautiful, you have access to the roof and can overlook half of Berlin and it's only 5 minutes to Tempelhofer Feld.
