Vermiete meine schöne, geräumige Wohnung mitten in Neukölln/Rixdorf im Juni vom 03.06.-21.06.24
Daten sind ggfls. +- ein paar Tage flexibel.
Anbindung perfekt, U-Bahn und S-Bahn in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, viele Bars, Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor der Haustür.
Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, mit 1,80 Bett, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, vollständige Küche etc.
Zur Verfügung stehen 1 Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche und einbau Bad.
Ich suche eine verantwortungsvolle, ruhige, saubere, nicht rauchende Person, welche es sich bei mir gemütlich macht und gewissenhaft mit der Ausstattung und dem Dielenboden umgeht. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
Zur Übergabe erfolgt ein Protokoll, ein Untermietvertrag (privat) und eine Kaution von 700 Euro, welche bei Auszug zurückgezahlt wird, insofern keine Schäden entstanden sind!!!
Die Miete für den angegebenen Zeitraum inkl. Internet und aller Nebenkosten beträgt 800 Euro.

Renting out my beautiful, spacious apartment in the heart of Neukölln/Rixdorf from June 3rd - June 21st, 2024. Dates are potentially flexible by a few days.
Perfectly connected, with U-Bahn and S-Bahn just minutes away, many bars, cafes, and shopping opportunities right on the doorstep.
The apartment is fully equipped, with a 1.80m bed, dishwasher, washing machine, full kitchen, etc.
Available are 1 bedroom, spacious living room, big kitchen, and built-in bathroom.
I'm looking for a responsible, quiet, clean, non-smoking person who will make themselves comfortable and handle the equipment and hardwood floors with care. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Upon handover, there will be a protocol, a sublease agreement (private), and a deposit of 700 euros, which will be refunded upon move-out, provided there are no damages!!!
The rent for the specified period, including internet and all utilities, is 800 euros.
