My beautiful 55 sq.m. flat is available while I am traveling, from June 24-July 3. These are my ideal dates, but I can be flexible if you want to stay longer, up to 2 weeks (for example June 22-July 6, I can stay with my partner for the extra days). However arriving after June 24 or leaving before July 3 does not work for me since I will not be in Berlin to handle the arrangements.
The rent is 20 euro per day for one person and 23 for a couple. It is for the whole 2 room flat (this is not a flatshare!), and it includes all utilities, wireless internet, and use of linens and towels. As a formality, there is a €250 security deposit, which you will get back when you leave as long as nothing is damaged and you return the place clean.
Description: Altbau flat, high ceilings, hardwood floors, furnished in retro 1960s-70s style. Eat in kitchen with washing machine; living-room with desk, futon, tv/dvd/stereo; bedroom with double bed and closets; separate toilet and shower rooms; spacious hallway and balcony.
Location: Schillerpromenade, near U Boddinstr, in a lively neighborhood with Turkish & Arabic restaurants and a weekly bio market. Hermannplatz is in 10 min walking distance, Alexanderplatz is a 15 min direct ride on the U8.
