ROOM in NEUKÖLLN, balcony in the living room

Halo !
I'm 34, french and I took again my studies 2 years ago in Fine Art, I'm in school of UDK in Berlin. Now I'm in France for work, I come back the 22 of october, comeback to school !

I choose to leave in Neukölln because it's for me the Alternative Berlin, lot of artists leave here, there is a lot of cool bars (bar Ä...) and it's easy to move everywhere with the S Bhan et the U bhan (U7) at 5 minutes of the flat (station "Neukölln").
From the flat you are at :
10min of Kreuzberg (U7 : station "Gneisenaustrasse")
15/20min of Alexanderplatz
30min of Prenzlauer berg (station "Schönhauser Allee")

The building have 3 stages, we are on the second floor.
The flat is big, 170m2, and has a balcony. There is 2 toilettes and one big bathroom with bath and shower. One toilette is near from my room and have a sink.
I provide towels and linens. The apartment is fully equipped, washing machine, kitchen with everything... and happiness throughout the apartment!
My room have wifi connexion / big window and the location is very quiet. There is one big bed, writing desk, sofa and armchair.

We are 3 people, one man, two girls : Ethna is 40 years old, come from Ireland, she is a photographer. Chris is 33 he is German and work in a software company.
We are friendly people looking for nice easygoing and respectful people.

No pets allowed.
Smoking is possible on the balcony, but not in the room.

Minimum stay 3 days
price per day : 28 euros
1 week : 100 euros (2 weeks : 200euros...)
