It would be a shame if my cosy flat stood lifeless during the time I'm travelling around! It definitely will be free from Dec 6th January 2nd, but it's worth to contcat me throughout the whole year.
For the whole period (06.12.15-2.1.16.), the rent would be 640€ (inc. of all incidental costs).
The flat is completely furnished and generally in a good state as it has been completely renovated 2 years ago.
Friedelstraße is a nice, quiet street, with many coffee bars and restaurants in the direction of the canal with the green Maibachufer. At the next corner you have the legendary Weserstraße with numerous bars, restaurants etc. It's a 3 minute walk to Hermannplatz, where you have stores and supermarkets of any kind nearby as well as connection to subways and busses of all directions. It takes 15 min to get to Alexanderplatz. In general, Neukölln is getting more and more the "Kiez" to be, a multicultural neighbourhood full of life, nice people and cultural spots, not too close to the typical, crowdy touristic hot spots.
I'm looking forward to leave my flat to you to contribute to a nice stay in Berlin!
