Die Wohnung hat alles, was es braucht, um es sich trotz Berliner Herbst gemütlich zu machen: großes Bett, gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Riesencouch, einen Balkon und eine nette Küche - alle Zimmer sind ruhig zum grünen Hinterhof und sonnig!
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen Neuköllns nahe allen guten Bars, Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Vor der Tür fahren 2 Busse und die nächsten U und S Bahn Stationen sind „Treptower Park“ und „Rathaus Neukölln“.

Fully-furnished apartment to rent for 4 weeks
From the end of October I would like to sub rent my apartment because I will be on vacation. The flat is a great place to stay inside on cold autumn days and is also a perfect base if you plan on discovering the city. It has everything it needs: a big bed, a living room with a huge couch and a nice kitchen. Every room gets sun and is facing the green back yard. The flat is located close to a bunch of very nice places to go out. Public transportation is also just around the corner at „S Treptower Park“ und „ URathaus Neukölln“. You can get an idea of the flat on the pictures.
Rent: 650,-€ plus 400,-€ deposit
Timeline: 31.10. – 28.11.2015
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, alle Zimmer gehen zum Hinterhof raus. Zum schönen Kanal sind es 2 Gehminuten. Auch der Bus 104 fährt quasi vor der Tür ab. Der Bus fährt in 5 Min. zur Ringbahn (Treptower Park) oder zum Rathaus Neukölln, zu beiden Stationen kann man in 10 Min. auch gemütlich laufen.
The rooms face the back yard and are therefore quiet. It just takes you 2 min. to reach the Landwehr Canal, for jogging or nice autumn walks. The bus no. 104 stopps right around the corner and takes you to "S Treptower Park" and "U Rathaus Neukölln" in 5 min. or an easy 10 min. walk.
