Sunny and spacious room (approx 26 sqm) with high ceilings and a private balcony located directly on Weserstraße in the heart of Neukölln.

The flat is newly renovated with beautiful wooden floors. Your bedroom has a desk, armchair, and very comfortable bed which is 120cm x 200cm in size. 2 people can sleep on this bed but there is also an extra mattress which can be pulled out if you don't wish to share the bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual necessities. There is Wi-fi access. A washing machine is available if you wish to do laundry. Clean sheets and towels are included.

The kitchen and bathroom are shared with 1 very friendly woman, 32. The bedroom and balcony are private and only accessible to you. There are small speakers in the bedroom which you can connect to your phone, laptop, etc. There is plenty of free parking in the area.

If you are familiar with Weserstraße then you are aware of all the great bars, cafes, restaurants, clubs, galleries, etc. that are just a few steps away. You will be situated in of one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Berlin. It is a very multicultural area filled with young, creative people from all over the world.

The nearest U Bahn is Hermannplatz, which is about a 3 minute walk. There you will find the U7 & U8 lines, as well as many bus connections. There is also a bus stop 1 block away from the flat.
