Hallo!
Ich biete meine großartige 45qm 1-Raum Wohnung zum Tausch an. Nordspitze Neukölln am schönen Kiehlufer, wirklich fast genau an der Grenze zwischen Xberg, Neukölln und Alt-Treptow.
Die Wohnung liegt 10 minuten zu Fuss von der Weserstrasse entfernt, und 5 minuten vom Görlitzer Park. Die Location ist also unschlagbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Neubau, was manche Altbaufetischisten vielleicht irgendwie störend fänden, aber ich persönlich finde es ganz charmant.
Für die Wohnung halte ich noch einen alten Mietvertag, deswegen zahle ich unter 400 Euro warm für eine relativ große Wohnung in einer unheimlich beliebten Gegend. Nebenkosten (Strom+Internet) belaufen sich insgesamt auf etwa €55 pro Monat.
Im Gegenzug suche ich eine Wohnung in Prenzlauer Berg, ab 65qm. Die sollte nicht mehr als 800 EUR kosten warm. Ich freue mich auf eine Beschreibung deines Tauschobjekts mit ein paar Fotos. Danke!
