die VH Wohnung ist im 1. Stock und hat einen guten Schnitt: 2 große Zi ca.24-25qm und eins ca.14-15 zum Innenhof. Die Zimmer haben Parkettboden, der Flur und die Küche Laminatboden.
Es haben schon viele WGs vor uns hier gelebt, also könnte man darüber sprechen einige Sachen für Euch da zu lassen, manches leider nur gegen Abstand.
Die Warmmiete setzt sich aus 546 Euro Kaltmiete und 144 Euro Betriebskosten zusammen. Hinzu kommen noch etwa 60 Euro für Gas/Strom; also am Ende ist man bei ca. 750.
Gute Anbindung nach Xberg und Görlipark (einfach Pannierstraße hoch) und 5 Min zum Hermannplatz. Gastroecken sind hier auch viele, der beste und freundlichste Falafelladen und DER Holzkohlegrill-Laden aus dem Libanon.
