For the time of my holiday i am renting out a spacious and cosy room with a sunny balcony.
The quite room (24 sqm) is fully furnished with table, chair and a sofa which can be used as bed.
If you prefer a separate mattress, this is available as well.
The flat has a shower bath and a kitchen and is equipped with espresso machine, refrigerator, washing machine and all necessary utensils. There is WiFi/ High-Speed Internet.
The room is available between 3.9. and 3.10.
Rental period: 1 month
One person only!
Costs: 440€/month.
Deposit: 300€

Während des Urlaubs vermiete ich ein schönes und geräumiges Zimmer meiner Wohnung (24qm) inkl. sonnigem Balkon. Das Ganze ist komplett eingerichtet - u.a. mit Tisch, Stühlen und einem Sofa, das auch als Bett genutzt werden kann. Auf Wunsch gibt es auch eine separate Matratze.
Außerdem:
- Dusche und Waschmaschine im Bad
- Espressomaschine, Kühlschrank und die üblichen Utensilien in der Küche
- WLAN / High Speed Internet.
Mietzeit: 3.9. - 3.10.
Das Zimmer ist für eine Person geeignet - nicht für 2 oder mehr Leute!
Gesamtkosten: 440€/Monat
Kaution: 300€
Die Wohnung liegt direkt zwischen Neukölln und Treptow – unweit des Kanals.
Görlitzer Park, Kreuzberg, Maybachufer und Sonnenallee sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen
Bis zur nächsten U- und S-Bahn-Stationen (Rathaus Neukölln, Treptower Park) sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, 5 mit dem Fahrrad. 200 Meter entfernt gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, von der man direkt zum Flughafen-Schönefeld und zum Hermannplatz gelangt.

The flat is located between Treptow and Neukoelln – near the "Kanal" and with Kreuzberg close-by.
Within 10 minutes you can walk to areas such as Görlitzer Park, Sonnenallee, Maybachufer or Schlesische Strasse.
It´s also a 10-minute walk to the closest Metro and S-Bahn stations (Rathaus Neukölln &Treptower Park);
A bus to Airport Schönefeld and Hermannplatz stops just 200m from the house.
There is a second room in the flat which is not included in this offer. I possibly will stay there for a few days between my trips, but mostly you will have the rest of flat for yourself.
