wir vermieten unsere schöne, helle 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Neuköllner Szenekiez zwischen dem 1. Dezember und dem 27. Januar, da wir ausziehen. Sie ist sehr hell, saniert und teilmöbliert. Hohe Decken, Stuck und der Dielenboden ist im Original erhalten. Das Badezimmer hat eine große Eckbadewanne.
Das Schlafzimmer liegt zum Hinterhof, ist sehr ruhig, hat ein Doppelbett und ist geeignet für Pärchen. Die Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock und hat einen kleinen Balkon zur Südseite. Im Innenhof gibt es Fahrradstellplätze.

We are renting our bright and beautiful 2-room apartment in Neukölln from 1st of December and 27th of January.
It comes partly furnished with a double bed, fully equipped kitchen, some shelves, a small working table.
The bathroom has a big cornered bathtub with windows.
The big bedroom is on the back side of the building, making it very quiet and ideal for couples.
The apartment is located on a second floor. The building has an internal patio where you may find parking space for bikes.
Die Wohnung hat eine super Anbindung zu S- und U-Bahn und das Tempelhofer Feld ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die nächstliegenden Stationen sind die S-UBahnstation Hermannstraße und die U-Bahnstation Leinestraße. Kaiser, Bio-Company sind ebenfalls zu Fuß super zu erreichen und das Schillerkiez mit etlichen Bars und Restaurants ist auch gleich in der Nähe.

It is extremely well connected with S-bahn (ring) and U-bahn (U8) stations (Leinestraße and Hermannstraße) either of them can be reached within 4 min. Also buses are departing from Hermanstraße station. On Hermannstraße as well there is a shopping plaza with Farmacy, Netto, Kaisers, Restaurant and other shops.
Tempelhofer Feld is just 5 min away. Close to Supermarkets, Restaurants, Spätis, BioCompany and much more. The Schillerkiez, one of the most lively spots in Neukölln is also reachable within 8 minutes.
If you have a car, parking is free and on demand right outside the building.
Die Miete pro Monat beträgt 960 Euro inkl. Heizung, Strom, Internet. Im Januar kann dementsprechend weniger gezahlt werden. Da wir ausziehen, werden wir die meisten Möbel mitnehmen, ein Doppelbett und Regale sind vorhanden.

The rent for January is goint to be naturally less since we would only rent it until the 27th of the month.
