Ich und meine Frau suchen für den Zeitraum zwischen dem 10.01 und dem 09.02 einen Zwischenmieter. Hier die Eckdaten:
- 2 Zimmer wohnung mit separater Küche
- Ca. 56 m²
- Schnelles 50 Mbit internet
- Badewanne
- 5 minuten zur s-bahn station neukölln (ringbahn) oder u-bahn karl-marx-platz
- Keine haustiere
Die location ist direkt am Karl-Marx-Platz mit einem wöchentlichen Markt, Mittwochs und Samstags. Zudem direkt neben dem Richardplatz und dem alten Rixdorf viertel.
Nur Pärchen oder Einzelpersonen, Wohnung ist nicht wirklch WG geignet. Zudem sind keine Haustiere erlaubt. Ein Grüner Daumen ist von Vorteil da unsere (vielen) Zimmerpflanzen versorgt werden müssen.

-One bedroom flat with separate kitchen and living room (no balcony)

-Located near Neukölln S/U-bahn
-Fully furnished, all modcons except for a TV, dishwasher and microwave
Couples or a single person only—no flatsharing, no kids, no pets. Respect is a must, and we'd like someone with a green thumb who can take care of plants while we're gone. We'd prefer who can take it for the entire period (a little shorter is ok!) and who can hand over the keys on the afternoon of 9th February.
Rixdorf is a great historical neighbourhood tucked away in trendy Neukölln. Lots of supermarkets (Real, Aldi, Penny, Edeka, Denn's Biomarkt etc.) nearby, a vegan shop and an Italian wine shop a few doors down, and lots of yummy Turkish food as well. We're 5 mins walk from both Karl Marx Str (U7) and Neukölln (S/U-bahn) stations.
