ich verreise mit meinem Mitbewohner für 10 Tage. Für den Zeitraum vom 30.07 - 08.08 suchen wir für unsere hübsche Wohnung einen Untermieter, der sich zu Hause fühlt und sich um unsere Pflanzen kümmert. Die 70m2 grosse Wohnung ist nett gelegen auf der Höhe des Hertzbergparks. Vom Balkon, auf dem man gemütlich sitzen kann, hat man einen tollen Ausblick.
Die Altbauwohnung hat 2 Zimmer (15 und 25 Squaremeters) einen Balkon, ein Bad, eine Küche und eine kleine Abstellkammer. Im hinteren Zimmer liegt Laminat. Ansonsten verfügt die Wohnung über Dielenboden. Waschmaschine, WLAN und Mikrowelle sind vorhanden.

I am away for travels with my roommate. We look for a nice person to sublet of our apartment from 30th of july to 8th of august, feeling comfortable and taking care of our plants. The flat is located at Hertzbergplatz. The balcony, where you can sit really comfortable during day and evening, offers a really nice view.
The apartment has two rooms (15 and 25 Squaremeters, balcony, bathroom, kitchen and a small storage room. In the back room is laminate. The rest of the apartment is floorboards. Washing Machine, WiFi and Microwave.
I prefer contact through phone.

Die Wohnung ist gut erreichbar mit Bus (M41, 171) und S-Bahn (S41/42) sowie U-Bahn (U7), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Lidl, Netto, türkische Gemüseläden) und Kneipen (Rotbart, B-Lage, Alter Roter Löwe) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich der Richardplatz mit vielen Restaurants (Österreichisch, Deutsch, Indisch) und dem tollen Biergarten der Villa Rixdorf. Am Hertzbergplatz befindet sich außerdem ein toller veganer Pizzaladen. Parkplätze kann man gut neben dem Hertzbergplatz finden. In Fußnähe liegt der Landwehrkanal, an dem man wunderbar spazieren kann.
The apartment is easily reachable through Bus (M41), S-Bahn (S41/42) and Subway (U7). There are couple of grocery shops (Rewe, Lidl, Netto, turk Shops) and bars (Rotbart, B-Lage, Alter Roter Löwe). Behind the house you find Richardplatz with lots of Restaurants (Austrian, German, Indian) and the beautiful beergard of Villa Rixdorf. At Hertzbergplatz (Treptower Straße) there is a really good vegan pizza place too. Parking spots you find next to Hertzbergplatz as well. In walking distance is the canal, which is a good spot for a nice walk. Explore!
