Ich bin für ca. 10 Tage weg und möchte meine Wohnung zwischen vermieten...und suche auch jemanden, für den es ok ist, meine Pflanzen zu gießen, solange ich nicht da bin. Vielleicht bist du/ seid ihr gerade auf der Suche nach einem Zimmer oder einer Wohnung und wollt nicht mehr auf Couchen bei Freunden schlafen? Oder ihr wollt diesen schönen Sommer Zeit in Berlin verbringen und euch wie zu Hause fühlen?
Meine Wohnung ist eine urige kleine Zwei-Zimmerwohnung mit abgerocktem Dielenfußboden, improvisierter Küche im Flur und einem kleinen Bad mit Dusche und einem goldenen Klo! Sie befindet sich im Hinterhof und ist daher recht ruhig.

I will be away for about 10 days and would like to sublet my little flat. I am looking for someone who would water my plants while I am not here and who can appreciate simplicity and an alternative way of living. Maybe you are currently looking for your own place in Berlin and are fed up of staying on other people's couches? Or perhaps you just wanna spend some lovely summertime in this beautiful city and wanna feel at home?
My flat is a rustic little wonderland with and old wooden floor, a tiny improvised kitchen in the corridor, a bathroom with a shower and a golden toilet. So...with all you need! :) It is the perfect place to withdraw after a long night or day in the this vibrant city.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Karl-Marx-Platz, zwischen den Haltestellen Karl-Marx-Straße (U7) und Neukölln (S45, S42, S41,.. und U7). Neben dem Karl-Marx-Platz befindet sich der Historische Richardplatz, in der Nähe gibt es den Comeniusgarten. Zum Tempelhofer Feld sind es zu Fuß nur 10-15min.
Direkt neben dem Hauseingang befindet sich ein Späti. Auf dem Karl-Marx-Platz gibt es immer Mittwochs und Samstags einen türkischen Markt.
The flat is directly located at Karl-Marx-Platz, between the stations Karl-Marx-Straße (U7) and Neukölln (S45, S42, S41... and U7). Next to Karl-Marx-Platz is the historical Richardplatz and the Comenius Garden. The Tempelhofer Feld (former Airport- and now beautiful free field) is only 10-15min foot walk away.
In the front house there is a Späti (LateNightShop). Every Wednesday and Saturday there's a turkish Market on Karl-Marx-Platz.
Der Preis von 200€ ist für eine Person. Für Zwei Personen würde ich 300€ nehmen. Das wären 15€pro Person pro Nacht. Ideal für Paare oder gute Freunde/ Freundinnen.
