I'm looking to move out from my apartment and go to a smaller one, preferably in the same neighbourhood.

What I offer

The apartment has 98 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, balcony, storage room, and keller. It is located in the 5th floor (DG). In the mornings you have sun in both bedrooms, and during the afternoon and sunset it shifts to the kitchen, living room, and balcony (which has a cool surprise). It has an incredible amount of sunlight.

It has been recently renovated and the kitchen is furnished (stove, oven, cabinets, etc…). You get pretty decent internet connectivity in the area (DSL up to 200MB+).

It is in the heart of Reuterkiez at Pannierstr., almost corner with Weserstr. Perfect accessibility with M41, M29, 171, U7, U8, and more.

The total rent is EUR 1.378,13 (Warmmiete). The contract is a Staffelmiete, so every year the rent increases 2%. A 3-month security deposit and a 3-month upfront rent would be necessary to secure it, totalling EUR 6720,00.

The apartment is only suited for a single, two-people, or a couple. A WG (three people) is not permitted by the Hausverwaltung. You should have all your basic documents ready (Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung, SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) , proof of income, etc…) before you apply.
