Due to a trip abroad we'll sublet our cozy apartment in Neukölln. Fully equipped for couples or singles the apartment contains:
- bedroom (24m²) including a large, comfy bed (160x200) and storage for clothes.
- living/ dining room (20 m²) with a huge comfy couch (sofa bed), armchair, tv (+ Netflix) and a large dining table, which can be used as a desk as well
- balcony (especially for smoking guests)
- bathroom with bathtub and proper water pressure
- kitchen including all necessary kitchen tools, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine & soda stream
- hall with lots of space for shoes and coats
- good wifi :)

there are also lots of nice bars, cafes and restaurants around! (happy to recommend some nice places! )
Good WIFI available
No smoking in the apartment (only on the balcony), no pets
There is a third room in the flat, but we'll use it to store our stuff in it, so you'll have more space for your belongings in the other two rooms :)
