wunderschöne, helle Altbauwohnung im ruhigen Schillerkiez, Neukölln

Wir haben ein wunderschöne 2-Zimmerwohung, in bester Lage, im 3. Stöck mit sonnigem Balkon ab Juli (unbefristet) zu vermieten. Die Wohnung ist 66 m2 gross, hat 3m Räume, einen Holzfussbode führt auf den Hinterhof sowie auf eine ruhige Seitenstraße und ist daher wunderbar ruhig. Das eine Zimmer, von uns als Schlafzimmer benutzt, ist circa 6,5m lang und 2,5m breit, hat einen eingebauten Schrank mit Stauraum und geht auf den Hinterhof hinaus. Das zweite Zimmer, 4m auf 7m, hat zwei große Südfenster und ist mit Balkon verbunden. Eine schöne, einfache halb-Einbauküche ist bereits vorhanden und das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne. Monatlich kostet die Wohnung warm €1340.

Die Wohnung befindet sich him Schillerkiez, eine Minute Fussweg von der Schillerpromenade entfernt, zwei Minuten zum Tempelhoferfeld. Essen und Trinken findest du in der Nähe bei Aldi, Lidl, Bio Company und vielen Cafes und Restaurants.

Für Musiker: wir haben ein kleines Musikstudio im Dachgeschoss des Hauses. Falls das interessant ist für dich, schreibe dies in deiner Antwort an uns. Mit dem Studio würde eine kleine, zusätzliche Kost anfallen, aber nicht mehr als €100 pro Monat, was sehr billig ist. Es sieht auf alle Fälle wie folgt aus:

We have a super nice 2-room apartment for rent from July, wonderful location, on the third floor and with a South-facing balcony. The apartment is 66m2 room, has 3m ceilings, wooden floors, overlooks the Hinterhof and quiet neighbourhood street and is very quiet. The first room, used by us as a bedroom, is about 6.5m by 2.5m, and has an inbuilt wardrobe with storage space. The second room, about 4m x 7m, has two large South-facing windows and is directly connected to the balcony. The kitchen has a simple, half-built-in, open layout and the bathroom has a bathtub. The cost is warm €1340.

It’s in the Schillerkiez, one minute on foot to the Promenade, two minutes to the Tempelhoferfeld, close to Aldi, Lidl, Bio Company and about a thousand cafés and restaurants.

For the intrepid and respectful musician, we have a small studio space in the attic of the building. If this is interesting, mention it in your reply and we can talk about how this might work. There would be a small additional cost if you’re interested, but not more than €100 a month, which is very cheap. We can figure something out. It looks like this:
