Beautiful and sunny apartment in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, with a huge terrace, located in the city center. The apartment is very quiet yet in the middle of the city, so it's perfect to visit the area by walk and a peaceful place to work if you are a freelance profesional. It's close to supermarkets and restaurants, and the main shopping street in Santa Cruz is a 1 minute walk from there.
The apartment is available whenever I'm not there (I travel a lot) and I also plan new trips when I have a new request (I'm a freelance professional, so I can work from anywhere), so most of my things will be in there (storaged in a place where they don't disturbe, of course). That means whoever stays should be someone who I can trust and who'll be respectful about that. I'm particularly interested in EXCHANGING APARTMENTS: you can live in my place while I live in yours. I also rent the apartment.
It's completely furnished and has anything you might need on your stay (except a tv, but you can always go outside and enjoy the beautiful views from the terrace!) Kitchen supplies, towels, hairdresser, sheets... Also you might like to know that the building has no elevator, so if you have any mobility impairments it might not be the place for you.
The apartment is right next to the City Hall of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, if you want to check the area.
