Cosy apartment around Christmas

I'm subletting my 44 sqm apartment in Neukölln-Köllnische Heide, from the 22nd to the 31rst of December.

It’s a nice and cosy flat, with a living room + a sleeping room. It's suitable for one or two people.
Internet, bedsheets and towels are included.

It's located in a very green and quiet area, surrounded by the lovely park "Köllnische Heide" (photo) and the „Mauerweg“ (the Berlin Wall trail) . The Mauerweg is a green bike / walk trail that leads to the canal at BaumschulenBrücke or to the lake Grünau. There’s also the forest Königsheide (photo) 10 min from the house by bike and Plänterwald / Treptower park in the other direction.

For the city life, you’ll be only a few bus stops with the M41 from the center of Neukölln. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, little art galleries, vintage and local shops on Böhmischer Platz, Hertzberg Kiez, Weserstrasse.

The bus M41 goes through the whole city until the central train station Hauptbanhof.
The nearest train station is the S-bahn Köllnische Heide which has a direct connexion to Schönefeld airport (15 min) or one stop to the Ring Bahn station Neukölln.

There’s a shopping center nearby called Neucölln Carre with Edeka, Aldi, Rossman, Sparkasse, pharmacy, Post service, bakeries, hair dresser, gaz station and Mac donald's. There's also a Netto 5 min from the house and another shopping center with Edeka discounts and Teddi.

Two persons: 40 € /night (20 € /person)
+ Cleaning fee : 10 €
Deposit : 200 €
