The apartment is located in Weser 135, 1st floor, large balcony facing the greenery. The whole apartment has 55sqm. Mini kitchen, modern bathroom. The room to the south has about 20sqm, the room to the north out about 12sqm.
In 3 Minuten ist man am Kanal und in 12 Minuten an der U7. Supermärkte und Parks sind um die Ecke. Ebenso Bars und der Bouldergarten

Die Nachbarn sind recht laut und wie Wohnung hellhörig. Ich konnte nur mit Oropax schlafen. Meinen Mitbewohner hat es nicht gestört. Wohnungsbesichtigung mit Maske diesen Sonntag nachmittag (7.2.). Wenn die Mietpreisbremse bestätigt wird, dann fällt der Mietpreis wahrscheinlich um etwa 200 Euro.
The neighbours are quite loud, sometimes as well in the night. I could sleep only with earplugs but my flatmate slept well without. I would like to do the casting this Sunday (7.2.) afternoon (with masks for sure)
