I'd like to sublet my apartment from April 18 until April 29, 2024. Exact dates can be discussed. Ideally, I'm looking for someone to take the place for the entire time.
It has 3 rooms, a big bed (1,6mx2m) with two mattresses in one room, a second bed (1.4mx2m) in another room.
Desk with monitor for home office in the living room, another desk in the big kitchen. The apartment also has a balcony.
The place is really special and completely furnished, and I'm looking for very responsible people who will also be able to water my plants ;) You will feel super comfortable at my place, that I can guarantee :)
Price includes all costs (internet, electricity, water, etc.).
It's located in beautiful Körnerkiez, 1 minute from Körnerpark and around 10 minutes from Tempelhofer Feld, close to U8 station Leinestraße. S station Hermannstraße is within 6 minutes and has a REWE & Netto supermarket, dm, bakery, etc.
S+U station Neukölln within 8 minutes walking distance. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. So ideal for a walk and run. Pretty quiet as it is a cul-de-sac.
