Ich möchte meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete anbieten, da ich ab dem 04. September nicht da bin. Bis dahin werde ich noch in der Wohnung sein, das ist aber kein Problem, da sie mit 50qm groß genug ist und es 2 Betten gibt.
Das Telefon ist eine Vodafone-Homezone. Ich habe eine Flatrate, die nur für Nummern ins deutsche Festnetz und ins Vodafone-Netz gilt. Ausland und alles andere wrd teuer. Ich würde das dann von der Kaution abziehen. Internet ist auch von Vodafone. Bitte eigenen Laptop mitbringen, dann kann Internet ganz leicht installiert werden. Hat aber nur ISDN-Geschwindigkeit, geht sonst aber ohne Probleme. Bitte keine großen Mengen downloaden, denn ich habe nur 5GB Transfervolumen pro Monat!
Die Wohnung liegt mit super Anbindung in Berlin: U8, Ringbahn und Bus. Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Post, eine Sparkasse und eine Apotheke sind in der Nähe.
Das Haus ist schon relativ alt und nicht saniert, aber alles funktioniert gut und die Nachbarn sind sehr nett. Man wohnt ruhig und sehr angenehm, obwohl die S-Bahn sehr nahe fährt.
Für das Wohnen möchte ich eine Kaution von 350 Euro, die natürlich wenn alles gut gelaufen ist, wieder zurückgegeben wird.
